No Bake Milo Balls


These no bake Milo balls are a perfect lunchbox treat. They’re quick, freezable and easy enough for the kids to make themselves with supervision.

Ingredients – 

375g Marie Biscuits
(For a lower sugar version, substitute with Weetbix)

1/4 cup of Milo

2/3 cup of dessicated coconut

395g of sweetened condensed milk

Extra dessicated coconut for rolling


Method – 

Crush biscuits into a fine crumb.

Mix all ingredients – aside from your rolling coconut in a bowl.

Stir to combine.

1 tablespoon  of at a time, roll into balls.

Roll through extra coconut to cover.

Refrigerate in a sealed container or, alternatively, freeze. Especially if you eat too many, like I do.
